Hi, I’m Annie Smoker, aka Mama Smoke.

I’m dedicated to making great tasting food.

My passion for cooking has taken me to some weird and wonderful places. I ran a restaurant out of my home where I served up a 12 course degustation to my patrons. I’ve catered for a wedding party on a beach in the Middle East. I was the chef for a build crew in the Black Rock Desert of Nevada at Burning Man. I’ve served up booze and snacks for hundreds of punters at underground warehouse parties.

Now I’ve created my range of hand-made Mama Smoke sauces, which distil my passion for flavour into a jar of deliciousness which you can slather on… everything (maybe not cereal or cake)!
