I’m dedicated to making great tasting food, and I want to make sure that no creatures have to suffer for that deliciousness.
My passion for ethical cooking has taken me to some weird and wonderful places. I’ve catered for a wedding party on a beach in the Middle East. I was the chef for a build crew in the Black Rock Desert of Nevada at Burning Man. I’ve served up booze and snacks for hundreds of punters at underground warehouse parties.
Now I’m opening up my beautiful home in Sydney for you and your friends to come and take your tastebuds on an adventure. I look forward to sharing my passion for flavour with you.
